These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and pkace ("pkace", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the pkace.asia platform. Access to or use of the pkace platform in any capacity constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.
By accessing pkace.asia, registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or using any feature of the pkace platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately cease use of the pkace platform and close your account.
These Terms apply to all users of pkace regardless of the device used to access the platform, including mobile browsers, desktop browsers, and any other access method. pkace reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of such amendments.

Registration by persons under 18 is prohibited. pkace performs identity verification on all accounts and reserves the right to request age-verification documentation at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be immediately suspended, all funds returned to the verified payment source, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.

Each individual may hold only one active pkace account. Opening multiple accounts — whether to claim duplicate bonuses, circumvent a self-exclusion, or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, pkace reserves the right to close all such accounts, forfeit any bonuses or winnings generated across duplicate accounts, and retain deposits subject to investigation of potential fraudulent activity.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and update your account details promptly should any information change. pkace is not liable for any consequence arising from inaccurate registration details, including failed withdrawals caused by incorrect payment information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkace account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your sole responsibility. You must notify pkace support immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
pkace is required to verify the identity of all account holders prior to processing withdrawals and may require verification at any other time. Verification documents typically include a government-issued identity document such as a CNIC. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and restriction of withdrawals.
pkace accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, major Pakistani banks including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah, Visa and Mastercard debit cards, USDT TRC20, and Skrill/Neteller. Minimum deposit amounts and applicable processing times are displayed on the pkace cashier page at the time of transaction.
All pkace accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made in other currencies may be converted at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction. pkace is not responsible for currency conversion losses arising from third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. pkace reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals subject to active bonus wagering requirements may be restricted until wagering conditions are met.
pkace aims to process approved withdrawal requests to JazzCash and Easypaisa within 15–60 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank. pkace is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or recipient financial institutions.

pkace reserves the right to impose account restrictions — including mandatory cooling-off periods or permanent self-exclusion — where it has reasonable grounds to believe a user is displaying signs of problem gambling, regardless of whether the user has requested such measures. The welfare of our users takes precedence over commercial considerations.
Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period selected. During a self-exclusion period, pkace will make reasonable efforts to prevent the user from opening a new account on the platform. Any account opened during a self-exclusion period in violation of this clause will be closed immediately and any winnings generated will be forfeited.
All content on the pkace platform — including but not limited to software, trademarks, logos, graphics, game content, text, and layout — is the intellectual property of pkace or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pkace platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any pkace content without express prior written authorisation.
pkace collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on pkace, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. pkace will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkace's total liability to any user in respect of any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that user in the 12 months preceding the claim. pkace is not liable for:
The pkace platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pkace makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.
pkace reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: a user has breached these Terms; where account activity is consistent with prohibited conduct; where required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order; or where pkace reasonably believes an account poses a legal or reputational risk to the platform. Upon termination for cause, any bonus funds and winnings attributable to prohibited activity are forfeited. Real money balances are returned subject to completion of KYC and investigation.
Users may close their pkace account at any time by contacting support. Account closure does not extinguish any liability incurred by the user prior to closure.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which pkace is incorporated. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pkace's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable governing jurisdiction. If you are accessing pkace from Pakistan, you are responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with Pakistani law.
pkace reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated via the email address registered to your pkace account and/or by a notification displayed on the platform at login. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Continued use of pkace following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease use of the platform and close your account.

pkace enforces strict age verification through CNIC-based KYC. No user under 18 may access the platform, place bets, or use any real-money feature. Age compliance is non-negotiable.
One account per person. Creating multiple pkace accounts to exploit bonuses or circumvent restrictions results in all accounts being closed and balances being forfeited without exception.
pkace operates in Pakistani Rupees. JazzCash, Easypaisa, and major bank deposits and withdrawals are supported. No foreign currency conversion is required for Pakistani users.
